Internet's down at home causing loads of problems for lil old me. after all, i need to access school cockpit, myedumail, SOME manner gaining some knowledge of my friend's life. National Library and school are my new internet providers. Screw paid subscription! Free access ALL the way!

Birthday celebration was a lil spoilt cos of surprises yang tak jadi. I got my nice heels from psychedelico days early for raya celebration and i figured out my other surprise from his hint of "something i crave for..." duh! chocolates lah... meaning CHOCOLATE BUFFET! I think psychedelico was almost excited as me cos we've never treated us to such a delight before. and at a hotel no less...

Me: if it's something i crave... must be chocolates!
Pezal: ....
Me: hmmm choc fondue?
Pezal: (smug look) haha no...
Me: erm kalau tak... must be chocolate buffet kan?
Pezal: ... alah tak surprise lah gini. how u found out!
Me: Really ah!? I guess only. You don't need to tell me that i guess correct what!
Pezal: Never mind. At least you don't know which one i'm bringing you.
Me: Erm the only one i know is fullerton. There's other places?
Pezal: .... (sniff)

So we ended up checking out the place pre-bday cos according to psychedelico it looks grand in the website. Apa lagi? We went and let me tell you, my mouth couldn't close for 5 minutes. I thought it's gonna be those typical hotels. you know... tall and business-like on the outside. grand and slightly expensive on the inside. I didn't expect it to look like a grander version of supreme court. The inside of the building was huge and believe or not, smelt like money. Oh and it had the revolving door which always spell money. (and typically we had to make the door stop revolving and got stuck between two doors for a few seconds.) We were like deers in a village (rusa masuk kampong) -chedebah peribahasa seh!

The evening was completed with mcwings, fries, sprite, great talk and a fantastic view.

On bday, the dynamic duo went and watch a movie (Deathnote) that had to have a main character eating massive amounts of sweet delights. The chocolate buffet ended a lovely evening but i think i'll stick to conventional chocolate. Most of the chocolate were cakes and what nots which were too filling. The chocolate fondue was so-so. could do with sweeter strawberries.If you have to try the buffet, go for the amazing mango choc cheese cake thingy, these white chocolate balls which just BURST flavor into your mouth and the fantastic hot chocolate.

I have to admit though... that i prefered my pre-day better. Life's been a lil too hectic and we haven't spend so much of our time talking. It's fantastic to just talk, laugh and throw our cares away. I think our life got a lil better after that day.

Thank you to all those who took my beauty sleep away from me with your wonderful heartfelt bday wishes. Though i look less pretty, my heart is a lot fuller. Thank you once again.
